These terms apply to the websites and services provided by The Site Girls. By engaging us, you agree to them.

Our service

We design, build and maintain websites for tradies, and provide related services such as Google Business setup, reviews and lead follow-up, depending on your plan. Your website remains yours; you can take it with you if you leave.

Plans, billing & no lock-in

• Website builds are provided at no upfront cost as part of a monthly plan.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no lock-in contract — you may cancel with notice as set out in your plan.
• Prices shown are indicative and confirmed in writing before you start. Google Ads spend (where applicable) is additional and set by you.

Our 90-day promise

If you don't receive more quote requests through your site in your first 90 days, we keep working at no additional cost until you do. This applies while you answer your calls and reply to quote requests within 24 hours. Full guarantee terms are confirmed at sign-up.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details and content, respond to leads promptly, and use the services lawfully.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
